At last a promise of a nice day. A good excuse for a trip down to RSPB Arne for a wander to see what we could see. There were a few Swifts above as we went along the edge of the cliffs a Shipstal Beach and a number of Little Egrets feeding on the marshes.

No sign of the Water Voles today but there were a number of beautiful Marsh Orchid lining the ponds, we also saw quite a few lining the road verges as we left Arne for Wareham.

The Sika deer were on the marshes in their summer coats looking very handsome. We were lucky to see the Leucoistic white Stag who was very laid back not moving a muscle and also a mum and baby.
