It’s been very quiet in my garden the birds have been absent for a while now, but 100 yards up the road my friend Judy’s garden has been busy. Her garden is a little oasis, although small it has mature shrubs and trees and is very sheltered. She asked me if I would like to pay a visit with my camera and of course I couldn’t refuse.

I’ve been up a couple of times and although it’s been the usual suspects of garden birds it’s been lovely to sit in the shade (a couple of very hot days!) with a cup of tea and biscuits and just watch the comings and goings.
