The weather has cooled a bit but still pleasant on our early morning walk. I had a treat this morning I thought I was watching the Swallows skimming the meadows at Bere Marsh Farm when I realised that what I was looking at were a flight of Swifts, there were probably 50 of them. I spent some time enjoying the spectacle and trying to get some photos. Then just as quickly as they were there they had gone again. I was just pleased to be in the right place at the right time.
