My replacement Trail camera arrived on Thursday and although it is fairly waterproof I haven’t used it too much as I didn’t want to get it wet! Unfortunately when I did get round to using it for a couple of sessions again I found it wasn’t working as expected. The video was jumpy and then it didn’t record after about 7.30pm so I missed all the night time action. So this camera is also being returned. I am now researching for another. I didn’t know there were so many makes, it makes it all the more confusing. I was fairly happy with the picture quality when it worked. One major problem the only Customer service was messaging on Facebook which I don’t think is adequate these days.

The Hedgehog hasn’t appeared for a couple of nights, the temperatures have gone very low -4C this morning, I hope he’s snug some where. The Blackbirds are happy to clear the Mealworms in the morning.

Anyway I am going to persevere and try and get a one that works properly!

I’ve put a couple of videos I took in the garden, I found I could edit them in iMovie to take out the bits when there wasn’t any action. I’ve got a lot of things I want to try with a camera, hopefully soon.
