We are still going down to Poole every weekday and when we can we walk through Poole Park to see what’s about, it makes having to go done there a little more interesting!

It was strange to see a large flock of Oyster Catchers rooting about on the grass first thing while there wasn’t too many people about I suppose they were digging for worms. The Coots were a little closer and a Redshank too so I managed to get some photos on Friday.

On our way home along Holes Bay Rod always gives a commentry on the birds he sees, we’ve promised ourselves that we will have a walk along there one day. Also there is good views of the Twin Sails bridge I would love to take some pictures of that particularly when it is lifting.
